The few one offs I do around the year. I just prefer spending my time at the food bank mainly.

For my daily ffxi playing, I collected the siren tear for the siren's tear quest. I did it again once or twice for teleporting gil. I know I don't have to do most quests, but it's one of the more enjoyable experiences for me. I don't play this game correctly anyway.
I wrapped the nerf gun up. Me and my terrible wrapping skills somewhat struggled with it. Now I can ship the gifts off.
Same old song and dance with the connect app, but I won this time. I got the driver that I am friendly with. He noticed my trip absence. We mostly chatted about my trip, USPS Santa, and the gift giveaway. He joked that he wanted an iPad, too. The first bus had to go to the yard. Some lady tried to get on, and my brain made me do a finger wag to inform her no.
I took another until I hit the downtown transit center. It's always a time to be there. I took the 10 bus to the address listed in the email. It was difficult to get across this two-way street. Some guy in a car told me that the housing is over there. I replied that I was not going there. He asked where I was going and just took off. Just in case, I made sure to cross. I waved at the person (I later learned that they are the director of the center for community involvement) decorating near the door.
I was super early to the event. I also was really surprised how inclusive they were. It wasn't a big building, but I was pretty impressed with the setup. You can see the rooms from the gallery. I didn't take any pics of the waiting room. Their little staff kitchen was super cute, too. They let me know I could post the photos online but keep the address a secret. Some past volunteer posted a pic with the address online, and someone broke inThe jobs we had were door greeter, check-in, shopping assistant, and keeping an eye on the wrapping room. I chose check-in because I am lazy. In hindsight, my terrible hearing and sight weren't the best mix for it. I forgot IDs have the last names first, so I put last names in the first name section.

11/18: I think I vaguely remember seeing this program before, but I have never participated. I signed up a few days ago. There was some weird delay, so we had to wait even longer to sign up for letters. I saw complaints about it on Facebook. Unfortunately, most letters are out of my budget. I saw a lot of requests for Stanley cups, PS5, switches, etc. I only adopted one letter at first. She wanted a box full of Japanese candy, amazon gift card and I think something roblox. The second letter I later adopted wants a Playstation gift card, nerf blaster, and fishing lures. I have somewhat of a plan for it. I just have to ship them by December 16
11/26:I once again adopted another letter since the letter had cute Christmas cats that have santa hats on and lights around them. She wants kirby & the forgotten land, grabie alcohol markers, bonsai tree lego set, cherry blossoms lego set, Sanrio stationery, and little twin stars washi tape. Sadly, I can get everything but the bonsai tree lego and markers since they are out of my budget. I have to plan for shipping the boxes because I have to pay for that too. Ground advantage is my best bet even though I have to provide my own boxes.
11/30:I found Kibry on sale for 30 bucks during black Friday. I added a little twin star mini accessory case, cherry blossoms legos, and 40 piece fishing lures to the order.
12/8: I just ordered the Japanese candy box from amazon.
12/9:I got back from my trip at last. Everything arrived, but the lego set. I will search or have to fight walmart. The fishing lures box is a bit damaged.
12/11: I went to walmart to pick up the nerf gun and gift cards. I bought some Christmas lights wrapping paper, and Santa gift card holders. My bangs were sticking up, plus I had to be careful of the time. I later learned that my gift cards don't fit into the holders.
12/12:I ended up getting a refund on the legos. I ordered a Hello Kitty & friends Cafe stationary set instead. It was a evening delivery. I wrapped the Kirby box's gifts and the Nerf box's fishing lures plus Playstation giftcard. I needed more time to figure out how to do the nerf gun wrapping.
12/13: I had that catholic charities Christmas event today so, I missed the delivery. The candy box had to sit in the cold for a few hours. I wrapped the Candy box's giftcard along with it when I got home. The last few days I have been calling the boxes by a item that sticks out to me.
12/14:I went back to Wallyworld for boxes. My poor lyft was stuck in traffic. She was really nice. The box variety kind of sucked so, I ended up with two perfect sized and the other too big. The lyft back got lost, was pretty quite, and mistook me for someone else. Actually, I didn't remember, but he was the driver who took me home from the airport a few days ago. Either he was talking about that or mistook me for someone else because he said last night. My printer wouldn't print out the Santa's letter correctly, so I had to leave it out. I just realized that it makes the packages look suspicious, but I wanted to make the deadline since I am busy at the food bank Monday. The post office was pretty full. The worker mentioned that she didn't have to do much of these packages. She was confused, and I didn't understand. She was talking about why the addresses wouldn't print out to her coworker. Operation Santa is a anonymous based system. The total cost was 60 bucks. The small boxes were 12.95 each. I screwed up because the big box was 35. I should have found a better sized box. It was a total learning experience since I have only done angel tree.
